Vehicles We Upgrade
We perform GVM upgrades on a wide range of 4WD wagons, dual cab utes, and cab chassis vehicles. Assessment is required prior to booking — not all vehicles are eligible.
4WD Wagons
Full-size 4WD wagons are the most common vehicle we upgrade. Ideal for families and touring setups with bullbars, roof racks, and drawers.
Dual Cab Utes
Dual cab utes fitted with canopies, drawers, toolboxes, and bullbars frequently exceed factory GVM. We upgrade the most common platforms.
Cab Chassis
Cab chassis utes used for trade, agriculture, or fleet work often carry heavy tray setups. We assess and upgrade eligible cab chassis platforms.
SUVs & Mid-Size 4WDs
Mid-size SUVs and 4WDs are increasingly popular for adventure touring. Eligibility depends on the platform — assessment required.
Fleet Vehicles
We work with businesses running fleets of work utes and 4WDs. Fleet pricing available. Full documentation provided for each vehicle for compliance records.
American Trucks
Full-size American pickups are growing in popularity for towing and touring. We assess and upgrade eligible American truck platforms.
Note: Some vehicles are not eligible for GVM upgrades due to platform limitations or engineering restrictions. An assessment is required prior to booking.

How Much Do Your Accessories Weigh?
Tick every accessory fitted to your vehicle and watch your payload disappear in real time. Accessories and touring setups add up quickly before luggage, passengers or tools are even considered.

Most Vehicles Become OVERWEIGHT After:
Storage systems can quickly consume payload—especially when loaded with tools, recovery gear, and water.
Towball download counts toward payload and can overload rear axle limits faster than most people expect.
The RISKS Of Being Over GVM
Vehicles exceeding legal weight limits may attract defects and penalties
Insurance outcomes may be affected if a vehicle is operated outside legal weight limits
Increased vehicle mass affects stopping distance and brake performance
Improperly loaded vehicles can negatively affect steering and stability
